}Appearance{ Hojo is average to tall in height and rather thin; both features are hard to notice as he is almost always hunched over. He never varies his outfits, always choosing a collared white shirt, grey slacks and a black tie worn under a lab coat; he even wears them to formal occasions (usually as an attempt to inform people the event is not worth his time).
His hair is long, black, and almost always in a ponytail, when he has been frustrated or angry he pulls at it, usually leaving a few strands out of place.
His eyes are brown and hidden behind small round glasses
}Psychology{ Hojo is a man driven by a manic need for self-esteem. Seeking to always have his way and is afraid of losing face above all; anything that might be an indication of his fallibility or erroneous ways is something that he can never admit. Also read as being case of ‘right man’ syndrome.
In his opinion, science is the way to achieve the things that this part of his mind feels he is entitled to, science and ambition is everything; he would even sacrifice his own humanity for it. He is not necessarily cruel so much as he believes that either you don’t mind sacrificing yourself for his goal or you deserve it because you are clearly an immoral heathen as you challenged his way.
However his perception is already cracking and not as absolute as is necessary to maintain the stability a ‘right man’ requires. He is more avid delving into the idea that he is infallible, clawing at what little of his reality he can still hold on to and prone to depression when he can’t. He’s beginning to doubt the perception of reality he has been working so hard to protect.
Slight possibility of Malign Hyper cognition Disorder.
